PHOTOGRAPHY - Abstracts
This series of photographs focus on abstractions - these images all started as photographs of something real but in the final work reference to that something is not important. Through the processes of cropping and adjusting parameters such as color saturation, exposure, contrast, etc. a connection to an object is lost, and unnecessary. The resulting colors, compositions and textures are effective in their own right.
